Firstly it makes children’s imagination various and bigger.
Secondly they can lean conversation like verbal and z in many programs.
Lastly it takes shorter time to learn from television.
Because picture tells thousands words. How about programs or animation? How many words are they able to say i think we can't count it? And 94 present of memory comes from sense of watching. And 6percents comes from other senses.
For example if something touched you do you know what object is it without looking? It will take a long time to know the object.
Because of this reasons i agree with the statement television is an effective tool in building minds of children.
